About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist our People Operations Specialist with various HR functions and provide support to the recruitment team in their day-to-day operations. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources within a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support:

• Assist in managing employee records and processing new hire paperwork.
• Support the People Operations team in conducting employee onboarding sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
• Assist in managing offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and preparing relevant documentation.
  
  
  

Recruitment Support

• Assist the recruitment team with sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
• Review and screen incoming job applications and resumes.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage our ATS platform to ensure smooth tracking and communication throughout the hiring process.
  
  
  

Administrative Support

• Help implement and maintain HR systems and tools to streamline processes.
• Assist with maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support in preparing HR reports and presentations as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with e-signature tools and document management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
  
  

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
