Financial Controller

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for you to work as IT Financial Analyst!

The IT Financial Analyst (ITFT) is crucial role for ensuring the financial robustness and continued success of our technology operations. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring that all IT projects and operations align with our strategic and financial goals.

In this role, you will be part of an international environment, working with cross-functional teams from various countries. This global exposure provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into different markets, financial practices, and cultural perspectives, enhancing your professional development and broadening your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Controlling

-Analyze the evolution, trends, and monitoring of the P&L of at different levels: Revenue, Opex, Capex and HC. A fluent communication with various project managers, accounting, etc.

-Support in the preparation of the budget and forecasting. Collaborate in identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities. Support in proposing corrective actions to meet the objectives established in the budget, strategic plan, and annual forecast.

• Consolidation of finance reporting

-Prepare periodic reports to allow monitoring and evaluation of results.

-Implement tools such as Power BI or Tableau to improve management control efficiency.

-Provide necessary information from each area for the management report: operational/financial KPIs by area, roadmap, projects, results, highlights, etc.

• Monitoring and evaluation

-Support in the evaluation of project profitability with the aim of maximizing benefit.

-Collaborate in the economic viability analysis of new initiatives and projects.

• Financial Compliance

-Ensure IT financial processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

-Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely financial information.

Academic background:

• Professional in Economics/Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Master in Finance or MBA will be value
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT financial management or a similar role.
• Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP EMP, SAP Analysis Office and Oracle;
• Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Power BI and Tableau;
