Responsible for all Purchasing activities of the Contract:Inquiry: Prepare and submit requests for quotations according to the requisitions issued for each equipment, material or service, including the commercial conditions and get competitive prices.Negotiation with suppliers: Commercial negotiation of General Conditions of Purchase and Commercial Requirements. Price negotiation.Commercial evaluation: Preparation of the Commercial evaluation considering different suppliers.Purchase Order submittal: Preparation of the whole PO package and submittal to supplierFind and analyze specific suppliers for the purchasePreparation of the Procurement Plan and strategy for the project considering critical equipmentManagement of risks related with PurchasingMonitoring of the Budget for Purchase Orders or subcontractorsAnalysis of the origin of the deviation vs budgetPrice analysis and evaluation.
