What you'll do:

We are looking for a People Experience Executive to support the Fugistics business in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who has experience in Employee Relations and Engagement who preferably have solid labor knowledge


  • Support employee relations issues within the business and support the line managers to create a culture of employee engagement based upon noon values
  • Organize and plan the employee engagement events
  • Conduct Investigations across all departments according to the assigned business verticals, analyze it, figure the root cause, and provide effective solutions for and support with security loss and prevention team in fraudulent and theft cases
  • Ensure that disciplinary actions are applied correctly and properly tracked
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees' concerns and grievances, providing guidance and support to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Follow up and ensure the absenteeism letters are correctly submitted and processed
  • Engage with operations in employees' performance improvement plan
  • Ensure that the sick leaves are validated and approved by the company doctor
  • Receive and confirm the contract non-renewal and non-probation
  • Prepare the legal requirements for the labor office and social security offices
  • Support at other HR activities as assigned
  • Regular visits for fugistics Locations 10th of Ramadan, Cairo & Giza


What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in, HR, Business Administration, or any related field.

2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Hands-on experience of MS Excel, Google tools and HRIS systems.

Knowledge of HR processes, Labor laws and regulations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapt at cultivating relationships across all organizational levels.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy daily interaction with key stakeholders of the organization.

Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.
