Our international ONE Team leadership event took place last week where we are aligning our senior managers around the globe. We started with the necessary actions to react on the current global economic challenges. A keynote speech of an experienced industry expert on “How to deal with economic crisis” gave motivating insights into the role of emotional intelligence and leadership in handling crisis situations. Updates on the implementation of the Group Strategy 2030 and the brand evolution of Wacker Neuson, Kramer-Werke GmbH, Weidemann GmbH and ENAR were concluding the virtual meeting. #wackerneusongroup #strategy2030

Our brand Wacker Neuson has reason to celebrate. Gongratulations on 40 years of mini excavator and innovations from 1984 to today.
We have reason to celebrate: In 1984, Wacker Neuson developed his first hydraulic mini excavator, creating a completely new type of machine. Mini excavators replaced the time-consuming and laborious work with shovels and pickaxes. To this day, innovations such as the telescopic undercarriage or the VDS superstructure tilting system set standards in the industry. In the picture gallery we have a few particularly beautiful machines from the last 40 years. #40yearsexcavator

#GirlsDay is not just an event. It is an invitation to all girls to learn more and get excited about technical professions. Our German and Austrian production sites in Pfullendorf, Reichertshofen and Linz opened their doors this week for #GirlsDay. More than 30 young women had the opportunity to get a closer look at our apprenticeship opportunities in production, IT, and engineering. At several hands-on stations, they had the opportunity to show their technical skills and talents. With its participation in Girls Day, the Wacker Neuson Group is not only laying the foundation for the future generation of employees, but also supporting diversity and inclusion in our industry. #learningmeansdoing #apprenticeship #diversity #wackerneuson #kramer #bestcompanytoworkfor
