The seamless relationship between our VISION EQXX and the driver is facilitated by the highly efficient, intuitive and visually stunning one-piece display. The completely seamless display stretches 47.5 inches from one A-pillar to the other. With 8K resolution (7680 x 660 pixels), the ultra-thin and light mini-LED screen acts as a portal connecting the driver and passengers with the car and the outside world. It offers comprehensive zoom and scroll functions – from satellite view to 3D city display – giving the user amazingly clear, precise, and intuitive route guidance. A “Star Cloud” avatar, visually reminiscent of the brand’s namesake, Mercedes Jellinek, is the tour guide. It adapts to the driver’s needs, takes care of the passengers and makes the journey a luxurious experience. The system manages information to ensure that the driver gets exactly what they need at the right time. Discover more: https://lnkd.in/dhJV_u2U #MercedesBenz #VISIONEQXX

Champions don’t just get from A to B. They move through life with confidence, push boundaries, and inspire the world. Let’s celebrate them. We believe in inclusion. Inclusion means pushing boundaries and creating solutions that make driving experiences empowering for everyone. That’s why our extensive range of driving aids is designed to fit individual needs of people with disabilities and support all drivers in navigating the world with ease and confidence. ⭐ For example, with an additional pedal installed on the left side of the footwell, drivers can confidently accelerate with the left foot. ⭐️ The Hand Control Unit “Classic” enables a wheelchair user to accelerate the vehicle by turning the handle clockwise, or brake by pushing the hand control unit forward. ⭐️ The combination switch relocation makes operating essential functions with the right hand easier, like headlamp flashing or the direction indicators. ⭐️ The steering wheel knob offers smooth operation of the steering wheel with one hand. Because the joy of the drive should be as limitless as your potential. Because everyone should experience the freedom of self-determined mobility. Because true mobility isn’t just about getting from point A to B—it’s about moving forward together. #MercedesBenz #Inclusion #DisabilityAwareness #DrivingAids *Driving aids by Mercedes-Benz may not be available in all countries.

Join us on a thrilling journey through the history of our wheels. Carl Benz built his patented motor car in 1886 on wheels with fine metal wire spokes. This style dominated for many decades. It consisted of several parts and combined firmly bolted wooden spokes with a steel rim. Filigree wire wheels were popular in racing in the 1920s and 1930s because they were around 50 percent lighter than their robust wooden counterparts. As a result, they quickly became popular for sports cars too. Mercedes-Benz further refined the design at the beginning of the 1950s. In addition to the hubcaps, perforated trim rings were added as a new design element. This gleaming chrome refinement celebrated its premiere in 1954 with the “Ponton-Mercedes” Type 220 (W 180) and the ambassadorial Mercedes-Benz Type 300 b (W 186 III). The legendary 300 SL “Gullwing” Coupé was the first Mercedes‑Benz model with composite wheels. Discover more: mb4.me/Wheel-Design #MercedesBenz

Sustainable and efficient – repurposed batteries are used for balancing renewable energy and energy consumption. Even after their life in vehicles, batteries offer significant potential for repurposing. Mercedes-Benz Energy gives vehicle batteries a second life in stationary storage systems. Recently, together with our partners GETEC ENERGIE and The Mobility House, we extended the lifespan of energy storages in Lünen and Elverlingsen, Germany, for another five years. In a new project, Mercedes-Benz Energy supports Enel X to optimize Rome's Fiumicino airport's energy performance, aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions. A 5 MWh storage system installation is planned by the end of this year. Learn more: mb4.me/Battery-Recycling #MercedesBenz

Being big doesn’t mean we don’t care about the little things. With a 4.0 litre V8 biturbo engine and 577 hp, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 has all the power you’d expect from a G-Class, but this G is anything but predictable. On the outside, the updated design unifies the iconic G silhouette with the extroverted elegance of carbon details and the sporting prowess of 22” wheels. Meanwhile the interior is focused entirely on experience. The G 63 offers multiple Driver Assistance Systems for cruising, changing lanes parking, as well as allowing for multiple customisable driving modes with AMG Dynamic Select. And the best part is you get to enjoy it all from high-quality leather seats while listening to your favourite tracks on a built-in Burmester® 3D Surround Sound System. 📷 lifeof_ronja (IG) for #MBcreator #MercedesAMG #GClass [Mercedes-AMG G 63 | Energieverbrauch kombiniert: 15,7‒14,7 l/100 km | CO₂-Emissionen kombiniert: 358‒335 g/km | CO₂-Klasse: G]

The Mercedes-Benz Vision One-Eleven is powerfully evocative of the C 111. Let’s have a closer look. The cars share two very obvious features: the flush-fit gullwing doors and the bright orange paintwork! The functional aerodynamic elements of the Vision One-Eleven also serve as a further design reference to the C 111, which is painted black on the lower portion of its bodyshell. The dark “keel line” of the Mercedes-Benz Vision One-Eleven generates an impression of seamless transition between the vehicle and the ground beneath it. This is even more pronounced than on the C 111. However, one striking difference is the distinctive front end, which on both vehicles consists of a low-lying rectangular element with rounded ends left and right. On the C 111, this is a closed glass fiber reinforced plastic element with a honeycomb structure, fitted with round foglamps. Over 50 years ago, the use of this new material in vehicle production was unimaginable. The Mercedes-Benz Vision One-Eleven bears a U-shaped and strongly profiled front apron. Above the slender light band, both forefather and descendant show further similarities, most notably the black air intakes on the bonnet. What increases the overall performance of the Mercdes-AMG GT 63 PRO 4MATIC+? The aerodynamic fine-tuning in terms of longitudinal and lateral dynamics. The redesigned front apron is even more dominant. It integrates additional air deflectors made of visible carbon-fibre around the enlarged side air intakes. The active aerodynamic profile in the underbody, the AIRPANEL active air control system in the front apron and the aerodynamics package with a fixed rear wing on the tailgate are also included as standard. The aerodynamic lift on the front axle is reduced by over 30 kilograms. This results in even more precise steering behaviour.
