⁉ Is your company #NIS2 compliant? 🔐 As a European directive, #NIS2 represents a tightening of security standards and is intended to increase #cybersecurity in Europe. The requirements not only affects critical infrastructures, but also key economic sectors and public administration, which are to be protected more effectively against #cyberattacks and operational failures. The NIS2UmsuCG in Germany, which comes into force on October 18, means that #RiskManagement measures must be implemented, #SupplyChainSecurity must be managed, and management and employees must be trained. All companies of a certain industry and size, especially companies in the supply chain, are therefore affected by the changes and must quickly implement and demonstrate compliance with the requirements. #NIS2 offers a lot to talk about. 📢 That's why the NIS-2-Congress took place last week in Stuttgart (Germany), where many experts had the opportunity to discuss various topics around the NIS2 directive. Our director Dr. Swantje Westpfahl moderated the discussions and presentations and spoke about #AI #Cybersecurity herself. ❗ In the context of NIS2, it is worth highlighting topics related to #AISecurity to raise awareness in this area: Jugersa Smaja, our cybersecurity researcher, gave exciting (and scary) insights into the use of AI tools for #OSINT, such as facial or voice recognition.
