Lead and steer the execution of the Global Brand Strategy locally through consistent deployment and execution of the retail marketing plan throughout the Market, delivering into all relevant Brand and Commercial KPIs for originals .
Drive continuous improvement in retail productivity and brand image through ensuring superior, consistent retail environment setup, and a well-managed retail development and trade marketing and visual merchandising implementation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate between the VM planning and Retail Marketing Omni Channel team to determine how marketing campaigns and ISC materials “come to life” at retail by developing monthly ISC plans for originals brand.
Closely co-work with X functions thru GTM process to work out the retail marketing calendar with clear campaign strategy .
Manage and review budget for monthly campaigns to ensure campaigns are executed in accordance to MWB plan. And lead managing category retail marketing MWB plan in accordance to the annual retail marketing plan for the market.
Lead in new door opening in terms of in store communication on originals brand , focusing on key door and national all store formats
Manage and maximize all key vendors partners, including but not limited to: Props, POP, Retail Activation, etc. to ensure that the partnerships are maximized.
Develops retail marketing management platform and rollout plans
Work with the Regional team in resolving issues related to retail store development, in-store communication and visual merchandising activities at regional level
Manage multi brand in store communication for key story .
Provides strong leadership for horizontal reports
Sets performance plans with each direct report
Provides coaching & feedback to subordinates
Ensures that direct reports set performance plans with subordinates

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail planning/management with leading consumer goods company
Extensive understanding of local retail business, retail implementation and retail marketing
Have team members management experience with subordinates.
Knowledgeable about China sports and international sports. An interest and desire to participate in and learn about sports i.e. a sports enthusiast
