岗位工作内容：

1. 根据零碳气体业务发展战略，筛选潜在供应商，评估供应商能力，确定供应商，并维护和发展与核心战略供应商的关系。

Screen potential suppliers, evaluate supplier capabilities, determine suppliers, as well as maintain and develop relationships with core strategic suppliers, according to the zero-carbon strategy.

1. 和工艺工程团队密切合作，确定服务和设备采购的技术和商务标准，并完成对供应商的认证考核和信息存档工作。

Work closely with the process engineering team to determine the technical and commercial standards for service and equipment procurement.

Review the suppliers qualification and complete archiving information.

2. 和项目经理密切配合，根据工程预算和进度，完成工程服务，设备，土建等环节的采购工作。确保项目在预算内按照既定的时间进度完成执行。

Work closely with the project manager to complete the procurement of engineering services, equipment, civil, etc., according to the project budget and progress.

3. 和工艺工程团队，公司供应商质量团队密切配合，提升核心供应商的质量管理水平。

Work closely with the process engineering team and supplier quality team to improve the quality management level of core suppliers.

4. 和工艺工程团队和商务团队密切配合，掌控技术前沿发展方向，并将优秀和有潜力的供应商纳入体系。

Work closely with the process engineering and business team, develop excellent and potential suppliers, according to the technology frontier.

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上工程类项目采购的工作经验。

5 years+ working experience in engineering project procurement.

2. 理工类专业背景，对压力容器，动设备，化工装备产业熟悉。可以和工艺技术团队，项目经理，设计院等专业机构进行高效沟通。

Professional background in Chemical Engineering or related field with profound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and equipments (pressure vessels, dynamic equipment, etc.).

3. 要求可以用英文口语较为流利，书写非常流利。

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

4. 具备领先的协商和谈判能力，可以处理大型复杂采购交易。

Strong negotiation skills and enable to handle large and complex procurement.

5. 有纪律，具备使命必达的工作精神。

Working in a disciplined way with killer instinct.

6. 高度廉洁自律。
