Job title: Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations materials and other documents for senior management.
  • Support senior management schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Travel Expense management for senior management.
  • Support and co-ordinate meeting, events, activities.
  • Support on visitors’ visa application process and coordination including invitation preparation, ensure the completion of application form.
  • Other assignment/tasks assigned by immediate manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, English Major is preferred, good written and spoken English skills.
  • Minimum 1 year administration generalist experience in foreign company.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures in MNCs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of personnel.
  • Team-player, service-oriented & detail-mined.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good learning ability & self-motivated.
  • High level integrity & positive thinking is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
