Responsibilities

Be fully responsible for technical and design management activities for the Dept.
Be responsible for coordination and communication between the department and other project management departments
Be responsible for review of design basis conditions.
Be responsible for technical negotiations involved in design period.
Be responsible for selection and auditing of all design-related contractors.
Be responsible for review of all design-related contracts.
Be responsible for handling of all design-related issues
Be responsible for review of standards and codes adopted by the design.
Be responsible for making arrangements for design review and report thereof at various project stages.
Be responsible for review of design progress reports and participate in development of design schedules.
Be responsible for arranging review of various technical schemes as well as change thereto.
Be responsible for arranging review on detailed planning for design execution.

Requirements

10+ years working experience in project management of Chemical, Petro-Chemical Projects.
5 years working experience in foreign company,working as the relevant position at least 3 projects.
Rich experience in Engineering and Project Management .
Effective communication skill in English.
B.S. or above, major in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering ,ideally in combination of both.
