Key Responsibilities
Lead NSO & NVS projects pilot & scaling, Nike Direct Store in an accelerating pace with coordination among key stakeholders
Lead meetings , conversations , workshops with cross functional leaders to achieve the high level alignment of fleet plan as well as execution plan
Conduct the cross functional calibrations for transparent , efficient and productive work
Track the project progress routinely, and efficiently report a status on all key milestones against a set scheduleto ensure the deliverables as planed
Comprehensive construction management, working closely with vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time
Supervise and approve routine and emergency maintenance requests for the store and ensure the normal operation of the store facilities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of store opening process
Validate and track budget for all NDS projects to ensure we are executing within budget and meeting brand standards
Lead tiering playbook work with key functional leaders and feedback to the concept development team for any changes / optimizations in terms of concept strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in Retail Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Strategic Planning, Property/Real Estate Development or related field
8 years' practical experience in project and/or program management in a retail, hospitality or development organization
Strong leadership skills, team leader, proactive & agile
Interpersonal skills and logical thinking, ability to communicate well with multidisciplinary cross functional internal as well as external teams
Able to develop full scale project plans and timeline, and ability to manage a high volume of work within compressed timeframes
Good planning , organizing and problem solving skills and create strategies
Presentation & negotiation skills necessary
Fluent and good command of English and Chinese
Proficient with project management tools
