Description:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diversified administrative responsibilities for the senior executive, which includes calendar management, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement etc.;
  • Host and support global visitors on logistics;
  • Organize and support internal and external meetings, incl. preparation of agenda, material and documentation etc.;
  • Perform super user assigned as required (Ariba, 1-supply, Time Reporting and Request Navigator etc.)
  • Take charge of record maintenance and archiving e.g. o-chart, SharePoint, distribution list and hand-over list etc.;
  • Support office supply, e.g. stationery and business card ordering etc.;
  • Support the functions to implement administration policies;
  • Involve in the function budget management;

Qualifications: Education

bachelor’s degree or above

Experience & knowledge

  • At least 3 years relevant secretary/admin experience, preferable for the working experience with MNC
  • Excellent communication skills including the command of oral and written English
  • Excellent MS (outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
