- 有较强的执行力、语言表达能力强，有很强的团队意识，能够带领团队完成业务目标
- 负责意健险相关的全部工作，根据市场趋势和总公司发展战略，组织制定分公司意健险长期和短期发展规划，确保分公司全年业务目标的达成
- 根据意健险全年目标计划，制定有效的激励机制，督促各业务单位完成全年保费目标
- 管理和控制意健险事业部的预算和成本管控，制定有效的财务计划和预测，对意健险经营结果负责
- 负责管理和指导意健险事业部团队，确保各项工作的完成，达成预期目标。
- 负责意健险业务相关的合规与风险管理
