Our Summer Eats for Kids program made an incredible difference in the lives of 600 households this week! 🏡 Food can become even more of a challenge for families over the summer months when school nutrition programs are closed. 🍎 Support local kids & families in #YQG: https://lnkd.in/gh4NYqmj 🍎 $30 provides one family with a week's worth of snacks, fruits, vegetables, and books during the summer months. We loved visiting Camp Migizi at Ojibway Nature Centre to see the summer lunch program in action! United Way is proud to deliver a free lunch program to West Windsor summer school students and in two Sandwich area schools a minimum of one day a week next school year. Over 35,000 nutritious lunches will be provided to West Windsor students throughout the summer and next school year. Funding for the project has been provided by the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefit Plan. WDBA-APWD

What an incredible day of giving back!
