Our Service Technicians and Printer Technicians work closely with our Parts team, who ensure that all necessary components for repairs are available and ready, keeping our operations running smoothly. Our Parts team processes and sources part orders for both internal and external customers efficiently. They interpret part numbers, service manuals, and technical information to determine the appropriate parts and assist with the order, shipping, and distribution of parts, especially to our technicians in more rural or remote areas. They also take care of customers who come in requesting assistance with their assets at our Tech Centres. They also manage part orders, return-to-vendor claims, and warranty claim statuses to improve service levels and avoid any penalties for our clients. It’s time to meet our fantastic Print Services team at Microserve. These dedicated professionals ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and support for all our clients’ printing equipment. In that team, we have Printer Deployment Technicians and Printer Technicians dedicated to supporting our clients in Western Canada. Our Printer Deployment Technicians handle the setup and retirement of printers, multi-function devices, and more - traveling to client sites to install, configure, and provide end-user training. Their expertise ensures that our clients’ printing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Our Printer Technicians are the go-to experts in servicing and repairing printers and copiers, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and staying updated with the latest technologies. Happy National IT Professional's Day! 🎉 At Microserve, we want to recognize our largest technical team which includes Computer Install and Service Technicians in BC and Alberta. With teams spread across Western Canada, we want to recognize our teams and their various accomplishments. In BC, some key achievements include deployment and transitions to new systems projects, one of which included 24/7 onsite Level 2 support for four consecutive weeks, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous operation. Additionally, our team also updated and recalibrated cameras across more than 120 sites in just one month, showcasing their efficiency and technical prowess. In total, we successfully deployed over 2,000 workstations in one quarter, demonstrating their ability to handle large-scale projects with precision and care. Our next feature is for our skilled Configuration Technicians who work in our Tech Centres!
