Last week, 35 Partners from the Bentleys Australia and Bentleys New Zealand group connected for our annual Partners Strategic Session.   Having everyone together, connecting and refocused on Enterprise Leadership is always a great opportunity to enhance collaboration, allow time to think strategically about the business and to focus on the pathway ahead as we focus on further strengthening our great Bentleys Australia and Bentleys New Zealand brand!   The program was packed, including:   ✅ Firm updates from 9 of our major offices, including some very exciting news and plans for FY 2024/25. ✅ An interactive presentation from our amazing keynote speaker Amanda Stevens who got all the accountants in the room laughing and focused on brand enhancement and owning your own journey and being focused on customer service (Omotenashi) - what a great presentation! ✅We had Rod Spicer and Gillian Lynn from Accountancy Insurance talking about their products and how we can leverage our capabilities by working side by side. ✅Heidi Mayhew-Sanders from Results with Natoli reminded us about PsychoSocial Hazards in the Workplace and how we need to create a safe environment for all our coworkers.
