IT Support Specialist

We're partnered with a small but global CRO (Contract Research Organisation) on a high impact and urgent IT Support position. The organisation focuses on full-service clinical trials across various therapeutic areas as well as preclinical/lab services.

IT Support Specialist

On-Site (Styria, Austria)

You'll be responsible for providing support across the IT operations, evaluating both hardware and software and looking at solutions to increase efficiency and implementing these solutions. You will also setup new systems and monitor these across the Austria office.

What's important is that you have the following:

• 3+ years experience within operational Information Technology.
• Experience in implementing software packages and networking systems.
• Knowledge of both German and English.
• Ability to work on-site.

Direct experience within a CRO/GLP environment is ideal though not required.
