Join our team as IR Senior Manager (m/f/d) in Vienna

The position of IR Senior Manager covers 3 key functions: i) supporting the targeting, sourcing, processing, and admission of potential investors (“Fundraising”), ii) supporting the maintenance of an active dialogue with all investors and overseeing the reporting to existing investors (“Investor Relations”) and iii) interfacing with the Investment Management Team (“Investment Management”).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the investor relations function, serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.
• fundraising efforts by developing and executing strategic plans to exceed targets and secure commitments from existing and prospective investors.
• the due diligence process by coordinating responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires and ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• investor queries and Q&A in a timely and professional manner, providing updates on fund performance and addressing any concerns.
• responses to Requests for Proposals and other investor requests, showcasing our firm's capabilities and competitive advantages.
• comprehensive pitchbooks, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our investment thesis and track record.
• with internal teams, including investment professionals, to develop compelling content and messaging.
• in the selection of fund/investment vehicle structures and service providers.
• target investor audiences for fund commitments, co-investments, and joint ventures.
• approach and follow-up with potential investors, co-investors, and JV partners.
• relationships with existing investors to generate additional investment.
• select, and interface with placement agents and intermediaries.
• and coordinate the admission of new investors, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating legal documentation and closing processes.
• regular updates to Investors through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Investor requests and all aspects of the Annual Investor Meeting.
• interactions with the Advisory Committee and review/sign-off on all capital calls and distributions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in economics, finance, real estate or similar
• years + of relevant professional experience in the financial and real estate industry
• experience as a limited Partner would be an advantage
• understanding of Private Equity Fund documentation, Fund Raising process and knowledge of private markets / real estate
• role in investor relations, investment management or corporate finance
• experience raising funds from LP’S
• track record of successfully driving fundraising efforts and building strong investor relationships.
• understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
• communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
• with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• with CRM systems and investor reporting platforms is a plus.
