Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the entrance
Open and hold doors for guests in a polite and courteous manner
Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings
Provide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions
Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
Requirements
Prior experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
