Happy to share some moments from our apprentice outing together with Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere, where we visited some of our suppliers and learned something new. 🤍 The morning started off at San Lucar, our fruit and vegetable supplier, followed by the companies Von Erde and the Weizenfrei bakery. There our team got a detailed insight into the respective working methods, history and products of the companies and our apprentices were even allowed to prepare their own delivery bills. Afterwards Kattus welcomed our apprentices at the sparkling wine cellar in Vienna-Döbling, where they were taught a lot about the sophisticated production of sparkling wine, frizzante and champagne. We are delighted to be taking part in the Amuse Bouche Austria POWER challenge, founded by Piroska Payer again this year, where apprentices are able to strengthen their professional and personal skills through intensive training and practical exercises. Big steps have to be rewarded and our dear Security Team Leader Nadim did many of them. Last month, as part of Hyatt's Wellbeing Week, our MOVE challenge took place, where the person with the most steps could win a great prize. Nadim walked a proud amount of 40,098 steps, that's even more than a half marathon and that in just one day!
