Barry began his career in hospitality in the Philippines and joined Alshaya in 2005. He currently works as the Store Manager of Pizza Express in Kuwait. Working at Alshaya over the years has helped shape his career path. He started as a staff member and utilised the company's training and development opportunities to enrich his experience. "The hospitality field is highly competitive, and to succeed, you must be creative and think out of the box. First point- Name - Edrees team leader (119022 Take interview for Proof) Education- zero and don’t know how to read write and speak English Experience- Painting in warehouse health and safety remarks Relationship- Manager with same country and same village Status in warehouse- Team leader in ecomm department night shift only Job status- Working now and getting 310kd and preparing for ecomm Supervisor Note- We have 10 more staff names with proof same as Edrees and some staff in Admin department also got promoted due to family member of Managers some within Relationship.
