Business Development & Operations Manager (Middle East Aisa )

Job Description

We are in search of a Business Development & Operations Expertfor our Middle East Aisa business. This person will be responsible for formulating the strategic direction of regional development and business expansion plan, completing the establishment of Middle East subsidiaries from 0 to 1, and the operations work. The position reports to & receive functional guidance from Business Development & Operations Manager in Beijing headquarter.

What You Will Achieve

• Formulate the strategic direction of regional development and business expansion plan based on the research, analysis and understanding of the region in charge
• Completed the establishment of Middle East subsidiaries from 0 to 1, including organizational structure planning and improvement. Manage and connect with Middle East subsidiaries and local partners
• Work with headquarters and subsidiary management to formulate annual development plan, including business development plan, organizational structure plan, revenue, budget, profit, etc.;
• Coordinate the resources of Headquarters departments to support the development of the regions under their responsibility and be responsible for the performance indicators of the regions;
• Completed the selection of retail stores and coordinated various departments as project manager to complete the opening preparation projects of offline physical businesses such as stores/pop-up/robot stores;
• Control risks and costs, and be responsible for regional operations;
• Other temporary work such as statistical analysis and management；
• Can accept irregular travel or assignment

What You Will Need

• At least 6 years of working experience, including 4 years of business or operation experience in the Middle East region
• Familiar with the entire Middle East market;
• Experience in overseas business development of large enterprises and offline retail;
• Experience in brand offshore operation;
• Strong project management ability, can independently lead the project team to complete the project;
• Teamwork ability, strong cross-departmental communication ability, concise expression of ideas, focus on key work reporting, etc.;
• Rigorous and meticulous work style, do not accept careless and careless;
• Have their own ideas about work, not only to carry out the tasks assigned by the leader;
• With self-drive, strong learning ability, constantly learning new knowledge, in order to meet the requirements of this position;
• Proficient in English/Arabic/Mandarin, all three languages should be used as working languages for barrier-free business negotiations;
• Certain data analysis ability, skilled in using excel to complete income statements and other similar reports and data analysis;
• Skilled in using PPT to complete project report/business plan/report summary and other materials;
• Bachelor degree or above, major in foreign language, Business Administration, marketing, economics
