Sales Admin Roles and Responsibilities: -Responsible for supporting the management team within the company's sales department. -Tele sales and processing orders visa calls and messages. -Monitor and respond to our customers' inquiries on digital platforms, including WhatsApp and Instagram. -Communicate important feedback from customers internally. -Responsible for accurately and timely preparing sales orders, booking order forms, and other data entry tasks. -Maintain different customer samples upon receiving from the supplier. -Follow up with customers and close orders.
