Bring Back My Pack - Urban Blog Hop

Glad you could join us today!  A blog hop is just one big loop of fun and creative ideas. So if you're joining me here, grab your beverage of choice, and sit back ready to be inspired by creative ideas for using the great Urban - Bring Back My Pack products from Close To My Heart.

With the Bring Back My Pack - Urban, you have quite a few choices of different products available.   In addition to an updated color paper pack with the same designs that appeared a few years back, there is also a sticker sheet, a stamp set, and a workshop kit.  You can see all the various choices here on my website .  I really like the stamp set with this selection.  Here is a layout I did a few years ago when this paper pack first appeared.

I chose to recreate this layout using the stamp set, Urban Flair,  and updated colors.

At first, I thought I would use this layout for pictures from a visit to Chicago.  I always enjoy the skyline as we drive into the city.  However, I found pictures from one of my grandkid's favorite pastimes from last summer.  We went down to the lake front so they could climb the erosion barrier rocks and cement blocks. They enjoyed it as much as I did when I was a kid.  My only regret was that I couldn't join them since my balance and agility is somewhat lacking.  This stamp set worked out well because as we looked back at the city from the rocks, we could see the city skyline.

This is a recently retired paper pack, however, if you have the supplies, here are some layouts you may be interested in.


For my club members who live in the area, 
we will be meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 5:30 to 9:30.
 I will also be having an Open Crop on Friday, September 20, 
10:30am - 11:00pm for you to continue work on these layouts if you choose.

Here are the layouts I have created using the papers from the Sweet Girl paper pack.  My cutting guide will not include all of the layouts, but I will have the dimensions available for any of the layouts you will care to do at the workshop if you decide to others that are not included in the cutting guide.  

I do have 2 extra paper packs available if you are interested, however, I do not have extra complements.  You would have to substitute other embellishments.
