Carpe Diem | Be Inspired Design Team

The new 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! catalogue is being released o May 3rd. I am so excited. I am so ready for new things and fresh trends. This month the Be Inspired Design Team is inspiring you with a floral theme.

This card actually doesn't have any stamping. It uses the cards from the new Memories nd More pack. There are card duplicates so it made it easy to pop up some of the sentiments and images. I paired this with a couple packs of new Designer Series Paper and voila! Easy Peezy.

For the Kids | Be Inspired Blog Hop

Well guys,

It's quiet around here. Since my third baby was born and the pandemic took over the world as we knew it, I have been literally surviving every day with the priority to try to keep myself and my family happy. All the little tasks now are becoming big tasks.

But today I will share with you a card that I created for Be Inspired Blog Hop team. This month's theme is "For the Kids". As typical for me, I have created a clean and simple card using the Stampin' Up! On the Go stamp set and the brick embossing folder.

I love cute stamps. I can't help it.

I really hope you are all well. Sincerely. We are waiting on covid days and are entering our 17th day of not leaving our home. None of us have covid but there's strict contact tracing and measures here in Newfoundland. We are all looking forward to the days when we had zero cases on a daily basis again.

There's No Place like Gnome | Be Inspired Blog Hop

How can you not be in love with these sweet little gnomes? And how fitting that sentiment is for this "Stay Home" Holiday season.

For this month's Be Inspired Blog Hop we are accesorizing! In other words, we are embellishing! I added some of my favourites including linen thread and sequins... yup, those snowflakes are back from last year's Stampin' Up! Holiday catalogue!!

And lets jsut talk abot how nice this paper is! I honestly can't wait to go back and play!!

Getting the Memories Captured | Be Inspired Blog Hop

When it comes to papercrafting, I am whole heartedly a scrapbooker.

Right now I am in a stage of life where there is very little time for a shower let alone crafting. I simply need my stories to be told before they are forgotten. The Stampin' Up! Memories and More help acheive that goal.

So here I cam getting another page finalized. Another story told. It warms my heart.

Be Inspired | Punch It Out

When Summer arrives in Newfoundland, you have to take advantage. As such my time in the craft room is limited. I am trying to squeeze every bit of daylight I can into memories.

So, I am not overthinking. I have been keeping it incredibly simple. And why not when the products are so pretty?

This inspiration challenge was Punch it Out - living on the East Coast of Canada the whale suite was an absolute must have item yet I hadn't used it. If that's not inspiration and the push I needed, I am not sure what is.

Challenges are always incredibly important for my crafting "mojo". But in this case, punches makes life easy. So go ahead. Join us and get inspirated.

You are the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) | Be Inspired Blog Hop

My baby girl is now 6 months old.

Every now and then I can find pockets of time to create.

It's not often and not usually when I want to but it is finally happening.

And it feels. so. so. good.

Today's Be Inspired Blog Hop is all about Sunshine and Happiness. And let me tell you, although these goats make me super happy, the fact that I was creating gave me pure happiness and joy.

What Happens at Grandmas... | Be Inspired Blog Hop

43 days now.
Its been 43 days since we have been in self isolation.
I can count on my hand how many times I have been in my car.
In fact, I am sure I haven't filled it up with gas this month.
The kids hasn't been in school for 47 days.
I have good days and I have bad days. I am trying to stay positive. Still. It's crazy. Every day I am STILL trying to stay positive. Crafting helps me stay strong and be positive.

Most times I am not very inspired to craft despite knowing that it will help me move through my quanrantine days. It is our hope that we can help you stay inspired. And if nothing else distract you into thinking about brighter days when we can hug our family and friends again.

For now, enjoy my card. The design came to me as I tried to create with "stay home" in mind. I'd love to see how you take this house shape and bring it to life.

I simply cannot wait until I can drop all three of my kids off to Grandmas again... This Mama needs a babysitter and I truly won't "care what happens at Grandmas" that day. Drop and run. :)
