Burning DVD in Total Video Converter: is it possible?

From the moment you select Convert and Burn, a window opens asking what type of CD/DVD you want to create. Once the type is selected, another window opens asking you to choose the CD/DVD-Rom drive. Add the files that you want to transfer on CD/DVD, then choose the burning speed and that's it. If no CD/DVD-Rom drive appears in the list, then it means there is something wrong with it and Windows is not detecting it.
I try to burn a video on a disk in Total Video Converter, but it keeps displaying error that says no drive found. I have a drive, so how do I solve this?

You need to select the drive after you choose Convert and Burn. A window will open from where you need to select the drive installed in your computer. In case Total Video Converter doesn't detect the drive, then you should check the Device Manager because there might be a problem. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc to see if the drive is correctly installed. In case it's listed with a yellow exclamation mark, right click it and choose Update Driver. Reboot the PC and then try again.
When I try to convert the video into MP3 it shows that due to a problem it has stopped working and Windows cannot find any solution for it. What is the problem?

This program is using Microsoft DirectShow. A recent install or uninstall of another software on your computer might be the cause for this problem. In order to fix this issue, you can try to uninstall the program and then install it again. Also, you can try to download Microsoft SDK from the following official website and install it on your computer.
It is good. But I have a small problem. I was trying to add subtitles to an .mkv video. But after adding subtitles quality of the video went down. How can I add subtitles to an .mkv file without losing its quality? I want the output in .mkv format itself.
I receive a "Total-video-converter needs flash" error. How can I solve it?

In order to fix the issue, download and install Adobe Flash Player. If the problem persists, uninstall the program and install its latest version. If you still have problems, use the [email protected] or [email protected] email address to get in touch with the Support Team.
Total Video Converter supports 10 languages at this moment: English, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Chinese, Persian, Italian, and Farsi. You can select these languages from the Configuration menu.
If you cannot import or if Total Video Convert does not recognize your SWF file then it means that the file might be broken or have a different extension. Try downloading the file again and make sure you are able to open the file with your browser to see its contents because all browsers support playback of the SWF files only if Adobe Flash Player is installed.
In order to clean the registry files, after you uninstalled the software, you can use AdwCleaner. By using this, you make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry files on your computer.
