Loan Calc is designed to provide a multilanguage calculator to help any person interested in knowing all his/her loan details. We may also use this calculator to be able to know which loan proposal offers a better deal. We can start by entering the loan amount, the term of payments (in years only), the payment period, the rate of interest (nominal, compounded, or effective), and the starting date. After the calculation is done, we will be able to view the loan amortization schedule, which includes how much money we will pay in total, plus a detailed description of every payment, including dates, principal, interest, balance, repayment, etc. It is possible to save the results and open them at any stage, or export them as an HTML file, Excel document, or plain text. The user interface can be switched into English, Spanish, Russian, French, German, Italian, Swedish, and Dutch. What makes this calculator a bit special is the fact that we can set it to operate with any of these four currencies: the US dollar, the pound Sterling, the Euro, and the Japanese yen. There is a free evaluation version that lets us calculate three loans per session.
