To restart IncrediMail, you can close the program completely and then open it again. If you are experiencing issues with the Flash plugin, you may need to update or reinstall Flash on your computer. Restarting IncrediMail should not cause you to lose your email files unless there was a separate issue.
IncrediMail is available for Windows operating systems only. Since the device is using Android operating systems, I need to say that it's not possible to install it. There is an alternative if you want to use it and it's called Profimail. You can employ it in its trial version with all the features available.
When I received the Incredimail Newsletter this month, I noticed that my received e-mail notification background was in blue instead of the usual black. How can I change my settings to do the same with my out-going e-mails?

You can personalize every outgoing e-mail. When you compose an e-mail go to Write icon and the New Message window will appear. By default, the background of your message is white. On the left side you should have a Style Box from where you need to go to Letters tab. Go to Colors and choose one from the list. If you can't see the Style Box on the left, press F5 button.
IncrediMail is not available for Android but you can install Molto. It's practically IncrediMail but it's optimized and redesigned for Android devices.
Make sure that your computer Date, Time and Time Zone are correct. Also, check the Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes box from Control Panel > Clock Language and Region > Date and Time > Change time zone. After that, open the application and select Email Accounts from Tools Menu. Choose your account and click Properties from right. Under the User Name tab, make sure that appears only your user name instead of your full email address, click OK and then Close.
You can't install this version on Windows 10 because it's not compatible with it. I managed to download the version you mentioned and tried to install it. Everything went well up to the point of launching the software. I received an error about a DLL that can't be fixed. Regadless of the compatibility settings applied, the software refuses to run.
If you still want IncrediMail, then the latest version is working just fine, but the XE build 4332 is obsolete and shouldn't be used anymore.
This issue occurs only on the oldest versions of IncrediMail that run on Windows XP and below operating systems. In order to solve the problem, close the application and go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities{Long Number}\Message Store. Right click on the Folders.imm file, select Delete option and your personal folders will be restored. Also, I suggest you upgrade the program to the latest version.
