I have Quicken 2009 running on my Windows Vista Home Premium and I can only run it as Administrator. I am the only one with access to my computer, plus it's password protected, so is there any way to get rid of this annoyance?

Control panel/security/allow firewall exceptions; add program under exceptions; select Quicken. Restart Computer.
