I am in Canada and I started with 'Dragon version 7'; it was too slow, a waste of time; I purchased version 10 Professional in January of 2009. It was for me very expensive, it was over $1300.00 but an excellent product; but the company: Nuance Communications is horrible for service and updates for this product, i.e. Version 10 Professional. I cannot install the updates; they do not work and help is like talking to a 'door'. They have me on my registrar file as expired, customer service will not correct and the instructions for update install was labour intense; plus the update did not work! I still cannot get help after about 6 emails.
Summary: Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Professional is an excellent product, but company service is horrible, maybe service is only good in the U.S.A. and not in Canada. Oh, this version is not sold in the stores, it has to be special ordered, so I had to go through a lot just to get the product in the first place.
Nuance Communications replace the CEO and all Directors with females doing the work and all problems will be solved!
I got a new laptop with Windows 7 ( o.s) on it. My American Greetings CreataCard Plus 3 won't download on it...I am trying to
seek a update driver...because It is my favorite card program and I would like it on this computer.
