Please use right click to bring back the settings menu then use the following path to activate email registration: LINE app→[Settings] > [Email Registration].
You can register your email by going into settings where you will need to use the Email registration option. Then you can input your email and password and you will have a registered email attached to the account.
Trying to register my email on Line for the PC but when I click on the LINE icon on the taskbar, the settings tab is greyed out so I can't click on it to register my email. Any help?

You cannot register Line on PC. You can only register your email address using Line on mobile then after you log-in you will be able to use the Settings menu.

Unfortunately, according to the developers, the Windows version of Line doesn't have a function which you can use to change the default country code. For other platforms, like Android or IOS, this can be done from the main menu of the application, by tapping on More > Premium Call > tap on Settings icon > Default Country Code.
Please, help me to get back this video clip. I have not deleted my Line messages.

Different applications have different storage features. For example, in WhatsApp if you send something, it gets stored on a server for a time period making it available but if Line does not have this option, then I am afraid you will not be able to recover the video. Also, in some cases, if you've recordered the video, you can find it in your local Gallery among other images and videos.
Please open the LINE application, then tap on the menu button of your phone and go into Preferences. From that location, choose E-mail registration then fill in the form with your e-mail. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you to activate it and that's it.
