Camera shake, long exposure, and motion blur are but three of the various reasons why some of your pictures may look a bit unfocused. To reduce that annoying blur to a minimum, Easy Photo Unblur offers you a simple set of tools that will sharpen and enhance your pictures in just a few steps. Its support for batch processing will let you replicate the task in as many pictures as you wish in just one simple operation.
Though the app features are not limited to its unblurring capabilities, the program opens in this section of its toolbox as soon as you load one or more pictures. Here you can perform two main operations – standard blur reduction, and post-process denoising. The former will let you use sliders to set the level of smoothness and of detail of the picture selected or load any of the presets provided – light, gentle, soft, medium, or strong. Likewise, when it comes to denoising the unblurred image, you can choose between a slider- and a preset-driven denoising task. Even if you prefer to make use of the presets, I recommend you to add your personal touch to the new image using the sliders – they’re really easy to use, the changes are visible immediately, and preset profiles not always manage to produce the expected results. It is a pity that the program won’t unblur selected areas only – that would allow us to perform minor manual changes to especially difficult parts of the picture, for instance. more
