Powerful video conversion tool, a variety of conversion formats to choose from, I have used it to convert a lot of videos! Highly recommended, it's so easy to use.
I used to like this converter, but I am frustrated because the last two or three versions haven't been working for me. I try to convert .avi to .mp4, but it gets stuck at 99%. Customer service still hasn't responded to me, and I contacted them back in July.
I found that when I unchecked "automatically open output folder when conversion finished" in Options, it stopped hanging at 99%. I can then manually open the output folder.
