I remember it well. It was when Mog got us the scratching pad laced with catnip. Bazel just wouldn’t give it up, wouldn’t share.

I tried, really. Tried to talk to him all nice like.

That didn’t work so I tried another tactic.

That didn’t work either and I lost out.

One of my favorite places to snooze is on Mog’s lap cause I get lots of love there. Keefe likes it too so we share. It’s easier when Mog stretches out the length of the sofa then there’s plenty of room for the both of us.

Despite Mog entering me in the Bad Kitty Cats Festival of Chaos, I am a good kittycat.

What’s the first thing a cat does when he goes outside? This cat scratches. Not enough skritches for me, never enough so I have to do it myself.

Today’s Friday Ark, the Bad Kitty Cats Festival of Chaos this weekend is at Astrid & Kashim and Othello at The Catboys Realm and Sunday’s Carnival of the Cats will be at Mog’s.

I didn’t do it, honest. One of the other kitties coughed up that hairball on the sofa.
