Personaly I think this one diserve more. Mostly because of the interesting architecture! THis building looks like.......oval!!!!!!!! Also the photo has good quality and clarity. The sunlight support it well! The composition of the almost one colour is also good.

A bit postcard effect, but not bad at all, it's a nice and famous building, and you show it in all its beauty, the light and the colors are good, maybe you can try to emphasize the sky increasing the contrast of upper part of the photo with some PS work (it would have been better to use a polarizer filter).
