I was looking through your portfolio and really like how you've incorporated scripture into your photography. God's creation is awesome and I love how you appreciate it.

I love them both Sheila, but this one in my opinion is far superior. The tones are great and the focus looks much clearer. What great shots to have to compare! Well done.

I really love the feel of this photo. And I love that you are open to suggestions!
I agree with what a lot of the folks thought. Here's my version, I hope it's okay to play with your image. I would only do this on a CC image. I just cropped it and then added (very crudely) some more pier in by cloning. Then adjusted the shadows and highlights.
You sure have a cute family here!

(No, I haven't dropped off the face of the earth!  ) Life has gotten really busy though so something had to give. I've been on a little hiatus from UseFilm, but certainly not photography.)
This is really pretty. I love the limited color palette and your angle is very nice. Good job.

I know what you mean about shooting at the wrong time of day...but sometimes that's all that's available.
I wish there were more hours in the day. It would be so fun to get together sometime and share ideas. Come on retirement!!

Kathy and I have gotten into greeting cards as of late Robin, and so this one immediately makes me think of a sympathy card. Or a missing you card. It definitely evokes a somber mood and feeling. Very nice job. I like it.

Nice Sheila! Aren't we fortunate to be able to view this every day? (Except when there are clouds of course!) I really like the foreground interest you've included. Maybe just a little bump up in the darken highlights would bring out the mountain a little better. Have you started selectively filtering areas with layers yet? It's so fun and can really enhance a photo.
