Click 'Open' in the popup to automatically install the skin.

Version 3 skins are difficult to install, we strongly recommend upgrading to version 4.

To install click 'Save' in the popup and save the zip file to your desktop. Unzip the file (using winzip) into a subdirectory in the skins folder for the Compass. The folder should be located here on your machine: C:/Program Files/Screen Compass 3.3/skins.

Using the right-click menu in the Compass you will be able to select your new skin.
