Section 1: Logos and co-branding guidelines

Section 2: Partner Program Badges guidelines

Please note that all marketing materials and campaigns referring to HERE must comply with these guidelines. Using the HERE logo or HERE Partner Program Badges incorrectly may result in your rights to include HERE branding being revoked.

Using the HERE logo always requires permission in advance, unless you have agreed otherwise with HERE in writing. If you are a customer, please get in touch with your main contact at HERE to secure permission. If you are a partner, please get in touch with your partner manager to secure permission. If you have any further questions, you can contact brandpermissions@here.com.

Once you’ve received permission to use the HERE logos, make sure you follow all the guidelines below. Let’s get started!

There are three logo variations that can be used in partner and co-branding applications: the HERE logo, the Balanced Equals logo, and the Powered logo. Each version of the logo conveys a different relationship between HERE and the partner or customer. Before we go into each logo variation, take a look at the chart for an overview of when it’s appropriate to use each logo.

The HERE logo is used to communicate a significant business relationship with HERE.

Make sure there is enough safe space around the wordmark; at a minimum, clear space should equal two triangles as shown.

Always use the right logo for each background:

  • On white and dark grey please always use the most visible two-color version of the HERE logo
  • On gradient and color backgrounds please always use the most visible mono-color version of the HERE logo

Use this when a project is created with equal effort and each brand should be portrayed equally.

Examples of this would be when a jointly developed solution or product is being promoted, when we are sharing the costs of an event sponsorship, or when showcasing the collaboration or partnership between you, our partner, and HERE.

The divider is positioned using the spacing rules already in place for the brand; at a minimum, clear space should equal two triangles as shown.

Adding a rounded/full height logo which has a symbol-driven design.

The rule of thirds applies when adding a logo which has a text-driven design.

Always use the right logos for each background:

  • On white and dark gray please always use the most visible primary version of HERE and partner logos.

  • On gradient and color backgrounds please always use the most visible secondary version of the HERE and partner logo.

The HERE Powered logo is to be used when you, our partner, are showcasing or promoting a product or solution in which HERE solutions are integrated and where HERE is the core engine of the partner product – the “ingredient” brand.

For online usage the minimum size for the online HERE Powered logo is 93 px wide.

For print usage the minimum size for the print HERE Powered logo is 28 mm wide.

Small formats require minimum badge clear space.

For light and dark, non-image backgrounds use the freestanding logo in a two-color version, either aqua + dark grey or aqua + white.

Use the freestanding logo in a mono-color version, either dark grey (for lighter image backgrounds) or white (for darker image backgrounds).

For very busy images, create a white background (on dark images) or a dark grey background (on light images) behind a two color logo version in aqua + white/dark grey.

Check out the graphic to learn the criteria corresponding to each partner level, from Registered to Platinum, and the benefits enjoyed by our partners across the different tiers.

Remember: the Partner Badge that you can use in your communications materials must match your Partner Certification level as designated by HERE.

Promoting your HERE partner designation will enable you to showcase our partnership and promote our joint solutions. The HERE Partner Badge you’ve earned is available for you to use on any of your marketing materials including on your website, in email campaigns, social media, videos, etc.

To ensure visibility, please follow the rules for whitespace and minimum sizing.

Keep in mind that the sizing rules will depend on whether or your partner badge requires two lines of text (like Registered Partner) or a single line (like Distributor).

All five partnership classifications follow the same display system to ensure a consistent brand image and maintain legibility in small formats. Each HERE Partner Badge is created with a version for use on light and dark backgrounds to ensure visibility. Please use the version that stands out the best in your application.
