Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in the recruitment industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking, client meetings, and industry events.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the business development function.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adapt business strategies accordingly.

- Proven track record of success in business development within the recruitment or related industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and seizing opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional professional certifications or qualifications would be advantageous.
