Working on exclusive projects, you will be bringing new developers onboard and engaging with agents both internally and externally to set up a powerful concept to sell these projects.

As a Property consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Actively be involved in the sale of exclusive projects.
- Approach agents and find a way to collaborate with them to sell your units.
- Apply knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers, constantly seeking new ways to improve yourself.
- Liaise with line manager on a regular basis to ensure all processes are on track and seek advice when needed.
- Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and be familiar with the current projects within the company.
- Actively seek new ways to obtain clients and make yourself more known in the market.
- Utilise all marketing/social platforms and in house talent to support with your personal needs.
- Always give options to buyers for their property search and try to cross-sell/up-sell, ensuring the best option is always offered to clients and not left without anything.
- Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale.
- Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

- Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent
- Previous experience within Business Developement would be of an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate market trends and property laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales, networking, and marketing abilities
- Customer-oriented and results-driven approach
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is preferred
- Additional language is a bonus
