Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. Must also have experience in preparing Saj bread and fetayer (oven). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to further their career in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
- Ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Contribute to menu planning and development
- Maintain stock levels and control wastage
- Follow all health and safety regulations

- Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role
- Passion for food and cooking with a creative flair
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary:
OMR 430 to 500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
