    This was a home run! What a wonderful meal. This is the best chicken I have ever eaten. This will be on our family dinner menu! I made some adjustments, ie a little more wine and chicken stock and butter! I threw into the oven red potatoes to bake. I also put the rest of my garlic in a pie pan with EVOO and roasted it. We had some of the "gravy" over the potato-YUMMY. Thanks again!

    Hi! Denver here!! I have looked at many 40 garlic clove chicken recipes, and I think yours looks the best! It is on the menu tonight! Got a new dutch oven for Christmas and looking for ways to put it to good use! Thanks for sharing this recipe. Rosemary

    Thank you Theresa fro your high five on my French Lentil And Couscous With Tomato Garlic And Basil was very good we heated it up the next day with a little cheddar cheese

    Wow! I've got a salsa garden, too, and here's one for you. Also a pesto garden, less the garlic!! Used to live on the coast (Plymouth, MA), now in Carolina, might be having to go to Okla-ugh-homa soon. I'm going to put my peanut butter scallops recipe on soon. Hope to hear from you.

    Hi! thanks for dropping by and commenting on my guac.... i've not see the pineapple version of guac anywhere else... it was passed down from an old friend that is also cuban. his mother (in her 90's) used to make it in Cuba....
