Before the "storm'" had a sucessful business which has suffered from the effects of katrina therefore I do al the cooking here in my daughters house. We lost eve rything in the flooding which followed the storm
Iam greatful we were all spared and enjoy making cajun dishes for the family. .
I iwll be happy to share them with you all.

I am also a Painter and taught ART for a long time
Am on a Sabatical at this time and therefore take pleasure in finding and trying new recipes.
UP:date. We all came out fine and are rebiuil.ding ourlives in the after storm mode.. My kids will be going back to Lakeview and the 17 th Street Canal in thier backyards Not for me Iwil be staying the burbs huse and havemore time to conjure up some new recipes or share soem more opf my ol;d ones
