  • frankieanne 10 years ago about Buttery Potato Crusted Fish
I had .6 ounces of cod that I cut into three pieces so I halved the other ingredients except for the pepper. That seemed like too much pepper for my taste. I had lots and lots of potato flakes left over! I used Cajun seasoning instead of Creole. I've never, ever found Creole seasoning here. I found the instructions a tad confusing, but perhaps that is just me. I didn't want to cook this on high on my gas stove. I felt I would have a burned dinner so I cooked it on medium high for three minutes each side. I liked the little bit of spicy from the Cajun seasoning. I added a picture and a thread in IMI 5/23/14

The greek seasoning on the Trailer Park porkchops:

Normally, you can get this at any grocery store.. It's in the spice aisle usually where all the Mrs. Dash is. It's got oregano, garlic, parsley, basil and some other stuff all ground into a very fine powder. I use it all the time. My mom says I'm a cheater when I use it! LOL Good luck!
