    Sounds like we have alot in common! I am a fellow Oregonian, love to use organic ingredients, and avid fan if Everyday Italian and also starting the nursing program in a few weeks! I love your tiramisu recipe, I made a similar recipe a few years ago for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit.
