Tuna Dips

- 1 cans tuna (in vegetable oil not spring water) shopping list
- 1 cans golden mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 chopped onions shopping list
- 1 chopped green bell peppers shopping list
- 1/2 tbs butter shopping list
- red pepper to suit your taste shopping list
- Pinch of garlic shopping list
- If serving for party you can make 3 cans of each and serve up to 20 or more! shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
- You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve.
