White Chocolate Coconut Mousse

- 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate,melted shopping list
- 1-1/2 c (1%) low-fat milk shopping list
- 1 pkg (1oz.) instant sugar-free ,fat-free white -chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 1/4 tsp coconut extract shopping list
- 2 c thawed reduced-fat frozen whipped topping shopping list
- toasted coconut and chocolate-dipped almonds,optional shopping list
How to make it
- Transfer melted chocolate to small plastic fooe storage bag;snip small hole in one corner. Decoratively pipe chocolate onto insides of 4 (6oz each) glass seving dishes.
- Refrigerate till chocolate has set,about 5 mins.
- Meanwhile,in large bowl,whisk together milk,dry pudding mix and extract till thick and smooth,1-2 mins. Fold in whipped topping;divide among prepared dishes.
- Refrigerat till well chilled and st,about 1 hr. If desired,serve sprinkled with coconut and almonds.
