Easy Chicken Poppyseed Pasta Casserole

- 1 cup pre-cooked chicken breast shopping list
- 1 8-oz pack of vermicelli noodles shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 small can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds shopping list
- 1 Tube Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste, go light on salt because of the sodium content of the soup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Break Pasta into bite-size pieces
- Cook Pasta according to directions then drain and set aside
- In a zip-lock bag, crush Ritz Crackers into fine crumbs
- Melt Butter
- Add Crackers to melted butter and put to side
- Cut Chicken into bite-size pieces
- In bowl mix together: Pasta, Can of Soup, Salt, Pepper, Poppy Seeds and Sour Cream
- Fold in Chicken
- Pour into greased casserole dish and top with the Buttered Cracker Crumbs
- Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly
