Tender Juicy And Tasty A1 Pork Tenderloin
From sparow64 15 years agoIngredients
- 4 lbs pork tenderloin (will porbably be two pieces in the package) shopping list
- 1/3 c A1 steak sauce shopping list
- 1/3 c olive oil shopping list
- Montreal steak seasoning shopping list
- Dash red pepper flakes shopping list
- 3 T Worcestershire shopping list
- 1 T low sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 splash balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 T minced garlic shopping list
- 1 T minced onion (dried or fresh) shopping list
- Zest from a lemon shopping list
- juice from 1/2 a lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together all ingredients for marinade
- Place tenderloins in large ziploc baggie and pour most of the marinade over (save about 1/3 c)
- Seal baggie and massage marinade over meat until well coated
- If frozen, marinate in fridge over night and the next day
- Fresh, about 2-4 hours will be enough
- Preheat oven to 325
- Place tenderloins in large roasting pan, pour reserved marinad over*, and cover pan tightly with foil
- Roast approximately 45 minutes, until instant read thermometer reaches 165
- Allow to rest about 5-10 minutes
- Slice thinly, on the diagonal
- ***NOTE***
- I served with sauteed veggies - onions, red pepper, mushrooms, sqaush, zuchinni and grape tomato. Melted some boutter in a pan with olive oil, and tossed the veggies in most the reserved marinade.
- I served the leftovers as a baked sandwich on deli rolls, with the "au jus" from the tenderloin and swiss/provolone cheese.
